Features for the teams that keep buildings, hotels and shifts running
TaskLoop is one operations platform built on a four-step loop. A request comes in, a supervisor assigns it, staff act on it from their phones, and the requester rates the result. Each feature below covers one part of that loop.
In this section
-
Work orders
Turn every request into a work order with an owner, priority, deadline and photo proof, then track it until it is closed and rated.
-
Preventive maintenance
Routine plant checks generated automatically on a schedule, with owners, deadlines, checklists and photo proof, so nothing quietly slips.
-
Housekeeping
Room cleaning, turndown and guest requests as tracked tasks, so the executive housekeeper sees progress without walking every floor.
-
Guest & tenant requests
Room QR codes let guests submit, track and rate requests without calling reception, and every request becomes a tracked task.
-
Staff app
Frontline staff receive, accept and complete tasks on their phones, with push alerts, photo proof and automatic timestamps.
-
Admin dashboard
Register requests, assign them with priority, deadline and instructions, and watch every open job and department workload live.
-
Analytics & reports
Completion rates, response and completion times, staff performance and guest ratings, taken from the tasks your team actually closes.
-
AI task assignment
AI suggests who should take each task and how urgent it is. The supervisor accepts or overrides it, so a person keeps the final say.
-
Escalations & SLA
Overdue tasks escalate to supervisors automatically, so missed deadlines reach someone who can act before the requester chases them.
-
Multilingual
The guest, staff and admin apps support six languages, English, Arabic, Persian, Russian, Chinese and Spanish, with right-to-left layouts.
One loop, ten features
The TaskLoop features are not a list of separate tools. Each one handles a single part of the same loop: request, assign, act, rate. A request is logged by a guest, a resident or the front desk. A supervisor uses the admin dashboard to turn it into a work order with an owner, a priority and a deadline. The technician or room attendant handles it on the staff app and closes it with a photo. If the deadline passes first, escalation brings it to a supervisor. Analytics and reports show how the loop performed afterwards.
Grouped by the work you do
- Building operations. Work orders for reactive jobs, and preventive maintenance for planned checks on plant such as chillers and AHU filters.
- Hotel operations. Housekeeping and guest requests that start from a QR code in the room.
- Any frontline team. The staff app, the dashboard, reports, escalations, assignment support and languages.
Each page walks through the workflow step by step, explains who uses it, describes what the screen shows and states plainly what the feature does not do yet.
Questions people ask
Are the features sold as separate modules?
No. TaskLoop is one platform with three apps, the guest app, the admin dashboard and the staff mobile app. Pricing is quote-based and depends on your property or team size and on what you need, so the demo is the right place to go through which features matter for your operation.
Do I need a PMS or a BMS to use these features?
No. TaskLoop runs operational work, meaning requests, tasks, assignment, completion and reporting. In hotels it works alongside a PMS such as Oracle OPERA, Cloudbeds or Mews, which keeps reservations and billing. In buildings it sits next to whatever controls your plant. TaskLoop does not replace either system.
What does TaskLoop include?
The request-assign-act-rate loop and the three apps, with push notifications, photo proof, configurable SLA timers and escalation, scheduled preventive maintenance and checklists, contractor access, AI-assisted assignment with supervisor override, reports with PDF and CSV export, native iOS and Android staff apps, and six app languages.
Can I see the features before talking to sales?
The quickest way is a free demo. We walk through a real request, from the moment it is logged until the requester rates it, on the dashboard and the staff app, using your own departments and the kinds of jobs your team handles every day.
