TaskLoop for the way your property runs
TaskLoop is one operations platform for building management, hotel management and task management. These pages show how it fits six kinds of property and team.
In this section
-
Residential buildings
For building managers, concierge desks and maintenance teams in residential towers. Resident complaints and plant-room jobs get an owner, a deadline and a photo at the end.
-
Commercial buildings
For facility managers, building engineers and help desks in office and mixed-use buildings. Tenant requests, fit-out snags and after-hours HVAC jobs get an owner, a deadline and a record.
-
FM companies
For FM companies and service providers running multiple sites and contracts. Every client request is assigned, tracked and closed with photo proof, so client reviews rest on records, not memory.
-
Hotels
For front-office managers, executive housekeepers and chief engineers. Guest requests and internal jobs are assigned, tracked in real time and rated by the guest.
-
Resorts
For resort managers, guest service centres, housekeeping, engineering and buggy teams. Requests from distant villas get an owner, a deadline and a rating, without radio chatter.
-
Serviced apartments
For operators of serviced apartments and aparthotels, including owner-managed units. Long-stay requests, mid-stay cleans and repairs are assigned, tracked and closed with photo proof.
One platform, different days
Every property runs on the same loop: someone reports something, someone takes it on, the work gets done, and someone checks that it was. TaskLoop runs that loop in four steps (request, assign, act, rate) with three apps: a request flow for guests, an admin dashboard for the people who coordinate the work, and a mobile app for the staff who do it.
What changes from one property to the next is the work itself. A residential tower deals with leaks, lift lobby lights and chiller trips, plus residents who call back when nothing seems to happen. An office building handles after-hours HVAC requests and fit-out snag lists. An FM company has to prove performance across many sites and contracts. A hotel lives on guest requests and housekeeping. A resort adds long distances and buggy runs. Serviced apartments add long stays, mid-stay cleans and owners who want to see what was done in their unit.
Pick the page closest to your team
Each page below is written for one of those situations, with the roles, the typical requests and an honest note on what TaskLoop does and does not do. Building teams should start with building management, hospitality teams with hotel management. If your work does not fit either, the task management page covers TaskLoop as a general tool for frontline teams.
Not sure which fits? Book a free demo and bring a week of real requests. We will show how they would run in TaskLoop.
